What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, industry and message, when you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp. And the details you enter when you book a call on Calendly.
• How you found us. The page you first landed on and any campaign tags in its address, such as a Google Ads click ID. These are sent along with your contact form. If you answer "How did you hear about us?" on the form, your answer is sent with it too, and to Google Analytics.
• How the site is used. Google Analytics and our website host, Lovable, use cookies to count visits. Google Ads uses cookies to see which ads lead to enquiries. Calendly's booking calendar sets its own cookies.
• A coded copy for Google. If you type your email or phone number into the form, Google's tag may send Google a coded (hashed) copy of them, to match enquiries to ad clicks.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to follow up about QuickLens. We use how you found us, and how the site is used, to see which pages and ads bring enquiries. We do not sell any of it.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail runs our email.
• Calendly takes bookings. Google Calendar and Google Meet hold the call.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and ads.
• WhatsApp and Periskope (our WhatsApp inbox) carry WhatsApp messages. An automatic assistant may answer common questions first.
• AI tools (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) help us read messages and draft replies.
• Lovable hosts this website and counts visits.

Each handles your details under its own privacy policy, and some of them store data outside India. Google explains its part in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Keeping and deleting your details

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email pranshu@quicklens.org and we will do it.
